HOW DOES IT WORK?

 

10 weeks to build solid habits, move your body, and prioritise some YOU time!

 

Dates: Monday 4 May - Sunday 12 July

 

1. Choose your mission: A goal that feels realistic and sustainable 

▫️ 15 Classes (aim for ~1-2 per week)

▫️ 20 Classes (aim for ~2 per week)
▫️ 25 Classes (aim for ~2-3 per week)
▫️ 30 Classes (aim for ~3 per week)

 

2. Book in, show up, and put your sticker on the star chart

3. Complete your mission and go in the draw to win an EPIC Prize Pack!

Winter is when excuses get LOUD!.This isn’t about doing more (unless you want to!) - it’s about showing up for yourself, especially on the tough days and busy weeks. Some days you’ll feel strong and energised. Other days you’ll just be proud you made it through the door.

Here’s the truth (from the American College of Sports Medicine):

  • Doing something is WAY better than nothing

  • Consistent, high effort matters WAY more than the “perfect” program

  • Showing up regularly = stronger body + longer, healthier, happier life

 

Did you know.. Only about 30% of adults and 10% of older adults are hitting basic strength guidelines (2x sessions per week)… not because it doesn’t work - but because sticking with it is HARD.
