Things to know before your first class
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow time to fill in the registration form, chat to the teacher about your goals/niggles & be shown around.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
Due to our small class size, we recommend booking in advance to secure your spot.
We have a strict 12 hour cancellation policy, late cancellations & no shows will be charged.

This dynamic, flowing practice links asana (postures) & breath to help build your internal fire & embrace the present moment. Through presence strength is built in both the body & the mind. This open level practice will have you moving, breathing & finding your flow!
Open level ,suitable for pre/postnatal, newbies & experienced yogis
A meditative, relaxing & nourishing practice. The simple, passive, seated & lying poses are held for 3-5 minutes with the support of bolsters, blocks & blankets. Regain ease & mobility in your joints, relieve tension & pain, & calm the nervous system. This class will stimulate and enhance the flow of energy through the body to create a sense of calmness, focus and equanimity.
Open level, suitable for pre/postnatal & those with injuries
A fun, open level class that combines creative sequences that aim to build strength, power & flexibility - you'll move through yoga postures with cardio spikes, plyometrics & strength & conditioning. Get out of your head & release blocked energy while unleashing your potential. Musically driven & set to an energetic playlist.
