A fun full-body workout to develop & grow your pilates practice. A sequence of feel-good flowing exercises at a slightly slower pace where you will receive clear instruction & guidance. Learn to move with ease & feel control over your body. Improve your strength, flexibility, balance & coordination & leave feeling energised & empowered. Suitable for beginner to intermediate level, & pre/postnatal clients.
A challenging, faster paced full-body workout designed for injury-free clients with previous experience of Reformer Pilates. This class will elevate your heart rate using more advanced exercises, designed to give you a feeling of strength & freedom. Push, pull, twist, curl, squat, lunge & smile your way through an energising class that will leave you feeling strong, empowered & rosy-cheeked!
A wonderful option as a one-off introductory session to Reformer Pilates, or as a regular weekly appointment for optimal personalisation & time flexibility. 1:1, 2:1 or private group classes for you & your friends are available for booking.
Pre & Postnatal Reformer
Pre & postnatal women are welcome to join into any of our Essential or Mixed Level Reformer classes. With the use of the pregnancy wedge & modifications, these classes are a safe and effective way to help with pregnancy & recovery from child birth.
Mums & Bubs Reformer
Thursday 11am: Suitable for bubs 6 weeks - non crawlers. A fun class for you to strengthen, stretch & move in a way that feels good for you. This is a baby friendly class which means you are welcome to change nappy, feed or stop for cuddles at any time. If this time doesn't work for you we also offer private M&B classes for up to 6 people. Please enquire if you are interested.
