Reformer Pilates Classes 

Things to know before your first class  

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow time to fill in the registration form, meet the teacher & chat about goals/injuries etc & be introduced to the reformer.

Socks must be worn for hygiene reasons, grip socks are available to purchase at reception. 

Booking & Cancellation Policy 

Due to our small class size, we recommend booking in advance to secure your spot.

We have a strict 12 hour cancellation policy, late cancellations & no shows will be charged.

Essential Reformer

A fun full-body workout to develop & grow your pilates practice. A sequence of feel-good flowing exercises at a slightly slower pace where you will receive clear instruction & guidance. Learn to move with ease & feel control over your body.  Improve your strength, flexibility, balance & coordination & leave feeling energised & empowered.

All levels welcome, suitable for pre/postnatal.

Mixed Level Reformer

For newcomers & experienced clients alike. The teacher will layer various options to each flow & exercise to ensure you  get that infamous pilates burn whilst meeting your individual needs & goals. Listen to your body & take the option that suits you best!

All levels welcome, suitable for pre/postnatal.

Dynamic Reformer

A challenging, faster paced full-body workout for injury-free clients. This class will elevate your heart rate using more advanced exercises, designed to give you a feeling of strength & freedom. Push, pull, twist, curl, squat, lunge & smile your way through an energising class that will leave you feeling strong, empowered & rosy-cheeked!

Suitable for those with previous reformer experience keen to get a sweat on. 

Private Sessions

A wonderful option as a one-off introductory session to Reformer Pilates, or as a regular weekly appointment for optimal personalisation & time flexibility. 1:1, 2:1 or private group classes for you & your friends are available for booking.

Mums & Bubs Reformer

Thursday 11am: Suitable for bubs 6 weeks - non crawlers. A fun class for you to strengthen, stretch & move in a way that feels good for you. This is a baby friendly class which means you are welcome to change nappy, feed or stop for cuddles at any time. If this time doesn't work for you we also offer private M&B classes for up to 6 people. Please enquire if you are interested.

Pre & Postnatal Reformer

Pre & postnatal women are welcome to join into any of our Essential or Mixed Level Reformer classes. With the use of the pregnancy wedge & modifications, these classes are a safe and effective way to help with pregnancy & recovery from child birth.
