Things to know before your first class  

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow time to fill in the registration form, chat to the teacher about your goals/niggles & be shown around.

Booking & Cancellation Policy 

Due to our small class size, we recommend booking in advance to secure your spot.

We have a strict 12 hour cancellation policy, late cancellations & no shows will be charged.

Vinyasa Flow

60 minutes

This dynamic, flowing practice links asana (postures) & breath to help build your internal fire & embrace the present moment. Through presence strength is built in both the body & the mind. This open level practice will have you moving, breathing & finding your flow!

Open level ,suitable for pre/postnatal, newbies & experienced yogis

Mums & Bubs Yoga

60 minutes

Monday 10am: This is a welcoming space to relax & reset every week, focusing on regaining strength & flexibility in a gentle way. This is a baby friendly class which means you are welcome to change nappy, feed or cuddle at any time.  We also offer private M&B yoga classes for up to 7 mums & 7 bubs. Please contact us if you are interested.

For any parent/guardian/carer, Mums with clearance to exercise & bubs 6 weeks - 2 years

Restorative Yin

60 minutes

A meditative, relaxing & nourishing practice. The simple, passive, seated & lying poses are held for 3-5 minutes with the support of bolsters, blocks & blankets. Regain ease & mobility in your joints, relieve tension & pain, & calm the nervous system. This class will stimulate and enhance the flow of energy through the body to create a sense of calmness, focus and equanimity.

Open level, suitable for pre/postnatal & those with injuries

Stretch & Roll

45 minutes

This restorative class releases tight & tired muscles & calms the mind.  A combination of dynamic & active feel good movements, massage balls, & foam rollers for self-myofascial release will not only feel amazing, but will also help increase blood flow & aid in muscle recovery! This class is hugely complimentary to your other more 'active' classes throughout the week.

Open level, pre/postnatal suitable. Great for athletes or office workers who need a good stretch!

Buti Yoga

45 minutes

A soulful blend of vinyasa yoga, cardio-intensive tribal dance & deep abdominal toning. Set to kick-ass dance tunes, this movement practice will help develop confidence, break through emotional & physical barriers & transform your body from the inside-out. Buti is unique in that the classes are never planned & we do all the movements alongside you - breathe, move, shake it off & have fun! 

 

Open level, not suitable for mid-late stage pregnancy
