Vinyasa & Yin Yoga Teacher
Anna has been drawn to movement as a creative outlet ever since she started dancing at the age of three. She first came to yoga in her early 20s as a way to cope with the stresses of life as a junior lawyer, & never looked back!
Anna teaches vinyasa & yin yoga, as well as breathwork & meditation classes. She seeks to provide a safe, nurturing & playful space for students to have fun & reconnect with their body, helping them to discover what works for them in that moment & find a bit more balance & ease in everyday life.
Anna is super excited to be part of the Movement Yoga team & can’t wait to see you on the mat!
