Vinyasa Yoga Teacher
Hannah's background in ballet and dance, and her intuition-led lifestyle, is what led her to step on her yoga mat in France, 2016. While living overseas, Hannah developed this curiosity and a gentle pull, towards learning more about Yoga. In September 2020, Hannah completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training with The Contemporary Yoga Centre.
Hannah's intention is to create a welcoming, supportive and safe environment, no matter where you are at in your yoga practice. Hannah's classes are designed to give you a complete yoga experience; incorporating pranayama (breath work) and meditation techniques to awaken awareness of the breath and expand beyond the fluctuations of the mind.
